Francis J. Nardozza, CEO

Francis ("Frank") J. Nardozza is Chairman and CEO of REH Capital Partners, LLC, whose primary focus is on investment, transactional services and advisory services to the real estate and hospitality industries.   Mr. Nardozza has over 43 years of diversified experience in the areas of investment, finance, development, operations, project planning, and market and business strategy within the real estate and hospitality industries.  Mr. Nardozza is recognized nationally and internationally for his work in the areas of enterprise-wide strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring, transactional services and business performance improvement, and has advised on over $15 billion in real estate and hospitality transactions throughout his professional career.

Prior to launching REH, Mr. Nardozza was a partner and served as National and Global Real Estate and Hospitality Consulting Practice Leader for KPMG, LLP and KPMG Consulting, Inc. where his tenure with the firms spanned over 25 years.  He is the founding Chairperson of the US Lodging Industry Investment Council (LIIC), serves as Executive Board Chair of the Real Estate Center at Florida State University, and serves on the Executive Advisory Committee of the New York University Hotel Investment Conference and the American Lodging Investment Summit ("ALIS").  He is also past Chairman of the “Market, Finance, and Investment Analysis Committee” of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and past Chairman of the Association’s “E-Business Committee”. Included among his current and past clients are many of the world’s largest real estate and hospitality companies and investment funds. 

Mr. Nardozza is also a frequent speaker at major industry conferences including those of the Urban Land Institute, American Hotel & Lodging Association, ALIS, UCLA, New York University, and others.  He has authored many articles and is quoted on real estate and lodging topics in a variety of business and industry trade publications including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Business Week, Urban Land Institute, Miami Herald, Florida Trend, Lodging, Lodging Hospitality and other key trade publications.

In 2000, Mr. Nardozza was selected and profiled by Lodging Magazine as one of the top 75 leaders of the US lodging industry for the new millennium and is the recipient of the 2003 Florida State University Real Estate Program's Annual Award for Significant Contribution to Real Estate.  He is a past honored member of “Who’s Who Worldwide” for his accomplishments in the consulting and advisory disciplines. In April 2013, Mr. Nardozza was honored by his induction into the Florida State University College of Business Hall of Fame.

Mr. Nardozza has established and endowed the “Nardozza Real Estate Scholars Program” at Florida State University and serves on the Board of Directors of the H.O.P.E. Outreach Center in Broward County, Florida.

Mr. Nardozza is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and a graduate of Florida State University - B.S. Accounting, 1977. Additionally, in May 1993, he completed an executive certificate program on international business at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Paul Garity, Exec. Managing Director

Paul Garity is Executive Vice President and Executive Managing Director of REH Capital Partners, LLC and lead's the Firm's Western US Region.  Mr. Garity's primary focus is on corporate strategy, transactional services and consulting services within the real estate and hospitality industries. He is widely recognized as a leader in corporate real estate services throughout the United States.

Mr. Garity joined REH Capital Partners in January, 2003 after 28 years in the Real Estate and Hospitality Consulting Practice at KPMG LLP and KPMG Peat Marwick in Los Angeles. While at KPMG, he directed both the Western Region Real Estate and Hospitality Consulting Practice and the National Corporate Real Estate Consulting Practice.

Representative Experience

Mr. Garity has advised hundreds of companies regarding organization issues, corporate real estate strategy, operations improvement and real estate asset transactions.  He has assisted in the valuation and disposition of portfolios of real estate assets and mortgages totaling over $5 billion in the U.S., Japan and Korea, and was the advisor on many of the largest RTC and bank land development work-out projects in the West. Additionally Mr. Garity has extensive experience in providing investment and consulting services to a wide range of the gaming and hospitality clients.


Mr. Garity holds a master of business administration degree from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Andrew Wharton, Managing Director

Andrew Wharton is a Managing Director of REH Capital Partners, LLC, based in the Fort Lauderdale, FL.  Mr. Wharton's primary focus is on transactional services and operations performance improvement services within the real estate and hospitality industries.

Prior to his association with REH in February 2012, Mr. Wharton was Managing Director at KPMG in the Hospitality and Real Estate Services Practice, providing advisory services to a wide variety of real estate and hospitality clients.  Prior to KPMG, Mr. Wharton was CFO of ResidenSea, Ltd, where he provided overall leadership in the areas of finance, control, and operations of this developer and operator of a luxury "resort at sea" oceanliner that featured privately owned residential units, rental suites, spa, casino, and other amenities.  Prior to ResidenSea, Mr. Wharton was a Sr. Manager in KPMG’s National Real Estate and Hospitality Practice where he held various positions over his 17-year tenure with the firm.  Mr. Wharton is also a principal in Optimal Performance Associates, an allied firm specializing in operational performance improvement for the hospitality industry.

Representative Experience

Mr. Wharton has over 35 years of diversified accounting, finance, and operational experience in the real estate and hospitality industries with emphasis on cruise lines, hotels, resorts, vacation real estate, real estate developers and construction companies.  Mr. Wharton has extensive transactional experience having completed numerous advisory assignments pertaining to mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions.  He has led numerous complex commercial litigation assignments pertaining to hotels and resorts. 


Mr. Wharton is a Certified Public Accountant and earned Bachelors of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.

M. Rosenblatt

Michael Rosenblatt, Managing Director

Michael Rosenblatt is a Managing Director of REH Capital Partners, LLC based in Bethesda, MD where he leads service delivery for the Firm in the Washington D.C. area and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.  Mr. Rosenblatt's primary focus is on investment, transactional services, project planning and Transactional advisory services within the hospitality industry.  

Mr. Rosenblatt became associated with REH Capital Partners in June 2010 and is under contractual arrangement with the Firm.  Mr. Rosenblatt also serves as Principal in Acacia Hospitality, a private hotel investment firm.  Prior to his association with REH, Mr. Rosenblatt was Vice President of Development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and before that was Vice President at Marriott International Hotels & Resorts where he oversaw hotel feasibility analysis and development.  Mr. Rosenblatt started his professional career with Hospitality Valuation Services (HVS) in Miami, FL. Mr. Rosenblatt is also a principal of Acacia Hospitality, a private hotel investment firm.

Representative Experience

Ms. Rosenblatt has over 25 years of diversified and extensive experience with hotel and hospitality related investments, valuations, development and transactions. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Rosenblatt has overseen the feasibility analysis, investment and acquisitioing underwriting, development planning, renovation and repositioning of hundreds of hotels and resorts throughout the US, Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean Region.


Mr. Rosenblatt earned a B.S. in Hotel Administration from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.

Alina M. Cauce, V.P. and Manager

Alina M. Cauce is V.P. and Manager of Business Analysis for REH Capital Partners, where she is responsible for market research, financial analysis and client service delivery for the Firm.

Prior to joining REH, Ms. Cauce held a variety of administrative and financial management positions within KPMG's National Real Estate and Hospitality Consulting Practice and National Financial Services Consulting Practive.  Prior to KPMG, Ms. Cauce was employed by Grant Thornton, a mid sized accounting and professional services firm.
