With the addition of three new locations in New York City, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., REH Capital Partners has quickly established national presence with a well balanced team of leading real estate and hospitality industry professionals.  REH Capital is very uniquely positioned—boutique service, big firm experience, coast-to-coast presence.

Recent Highlights:

•       We recently  completed a multi million dollar renovation and reflagging of a 144 room all suite resort hotel and in Orlando, Florida.  The Hotel was purchased out of foreclosure from a major southwestern financial institution and is  located just five minutes away from the Walt Disney World Resort.

•       We brought on board two seasoned veterans, Jason Chrein and Paul Garity, who bring decades of experience in the hospitality and real estate industries. Paul has over 24 years of diversified real estate, hospitality and gaming industry experience and has advised on a wide rage of high profile real estate and hospitality transactions throughout his career.  Jason brings his experience of 14 years in the areas of investment, corporate banking, brokerage and consulting.

•       Jim Fitzgerald, one of our founding partners, recently relocated to the Washington, D.C. area to launch our mid-Atlantic area operations.

•       We are finalizing negotiations to acquire a second Florida resort property and we are in various stages of negotiations to acquire several other hotel properties.

We have aligned with and obtained commitments from additional funding sources for the continued expansion of our investment efforts and are in process of negotiating a national strategic alliance for transaction advisory services.
