Paradise City at Hard Rock Park

Mixed Use Retail, Hotel, and Entertainment District, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Planned development of large scale hotel, timeshare, retail, and entertainment district adjacent to the newly opened Hard Rock Park theme park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  

Advised on development planning and funding of 2 upscale hotels, timeshare and resort recreational amenities, in support of Hard Rock Park and the Myrtle Beach community at large.

 Planned Uses Include:

·      250 unit full service hotel

·      150 unit select service hotel

·      200 vacation ownership units

·      500,000 SF Retail, Restaurant and Entertainment Facilities

455-Room Five Star Resort Hotel, Wulingyuan World Heritage Site, Zhangjiajie, Sichuan Province, Peoples Republic of China

Advised on brand, management and operational performance, and arranged offshore capital funding.

360-Room Five Star Hotel, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, Peoples Republic of China

Advised on design, market, brand affiliation, management and financial performance; and sourced venture funding for this high profile project in Chengdu, Mainland China.

 

Jinke Creative-Innovation Office Park, Chengdu, People Republic of China.

Assisted in planning and capital formation for the three phased,  Jinke Creative-Innovation Office Park, a 9 building, mid-rise office park in the Western Region of the City of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, Mainland China.

Sheraton Yankee Clipper & Sheraton Yankee Trader, Fort Lauderdale, FL

 In what may be one of Fort Lauderdale's largest ever hospitality transactions, REH Capital Partners served as advisors to the Gill family of Fort Lauderdale in arranging and facilitating a transaction with Starwood Capital for the JV sale, recapitalization, and repositioning of the famous Sheraton Yankee Clipper and Sheraton Yankee  Trader beachfront hotels in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, totaling some 950 hotel rooms. 

Included in the deal were the Nina Lee and Imperial apartment hotels located adjacent to the Yankee Clipper and two parking garages.  Plans are to reposition and redevelop these properties.

Keauhou Resort – Kona,  “Big Island”  Hawaii

REH Capital Partners served as business advisors and transaction consultants to Bishop Holdings Corporation of Hawaii for the solicitation and negotiation of a master developer agreement for the remaining 1,700 acres of undeveloped resort real estate land holdings within the Keauhou Resort on the Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii.

Acting on behalf of a prominent California based family trust, REH acquired a South Florida shopping center and office building portfolio totaling approximately 500,000 square feet from a German investment group. 

The total amount of the transaction was approximately $54,000,000.  UBS Real Estate Investments of New York provided non-recourse financing for the transaction and REH Capital Partners, LLC in Fort Lauderdale sourced the transaction and financing for deal. 

 

 

 

Lake Cecile Resort – Disney Main Gate

Orlando, Florida

 REH Capital Partners, through an investment consortium, acquired the 144 unit Lake Cecile Suites and Resort in Orlando, Florida.  Lake Cecile Suites and Resort is located at the intersection of State Road 535 and Highway 192 in the heart of the Central Florida tourism corridor and just minutes from the Walt Disney World Attractions and Universal Studios Orlando Resort.  The 10-acre resort consists of one and two bedroom suites, all with full kitchens and most with log burning fireplaces, situated in a scenic resort setting along the shores of Lake Cecile.  The property has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation and is operated as a MainStay Suites.
