Lan Elliott, Managing Director Lan Elliott is a Managing Director of REH Capital Partners, LLC based in Bethesda, MD where she co-leads service delivery for the Firm in the Washington D.C. area and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Ms. Elliott's primary focus is on investment strategy, transactional services, development planning, and advisory services within the hospitality industry. Ms. Elliott became associated with REH Capital Partners in June 2010 and is under contractual arrangement with the Firm. Ms. Elliott also serves as Principal in Acacia Hospitality, a private hotel investment firm. Prior to her association with REH, Ms. Elliott was Vice President, W Development (W Hotels International) for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, and before that, Vice President of Acquisitions for Host Hotels & Resorts and Host Marriott. Ms. Elliott started her professional career as a member of KPMG’s Real Estate and Hospitality Consulting Practice in Miami, FL. Representative Experience Ms. Elliott has over 20 years of diversified and extensive investment and transactional experience pertaining to hotels and resorts throughout the US, Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean Region. Ms. Elliott has worked on over $7 billion of completed transactions, and spearheaded over $2 billion in hotel acquisitions and development in her professional career. Education Mr. Elliott earned a B.S. in Hotel Administration from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, and an M.B.A in Real Estate Finance at the S.C.
